With over 100 years of family tradition, the promoter of the Iturgoyen's cowbells was Gregorio Lazcano. Since 1890 he learned how to make cowbells in the Nazar village (Navarra).

Then Epifanio Lazcano, son of Gregorio, fell in love with the cowbell's sound that his father made and decided, after the Spanish Civil War, become cencerrero. Even today with 88 years old helps develop them with his son Jose Antonio Lazcano, in whom he has delegated the responsibility of the trade.

For over 100 years the Lazcano family has worked to offer the best quality to its customers while maintaining the traditional production during the manufacturing process of cowbells.
